So far this case has been very good. It sticks a little on my screen protector, but it's almost imperceptible. The backlight is really cool and the trackpad works great, if a little touchy. It was a bit tricky to connect to bluetooth but I was able to figure out how to do it online and it connected straight away. I would say overall this is a great case.

I use it mainly as a case but on the rare occasions when I need to type and navigate with the keyboard it's been quite nice. My only hit is that the mouse pad is a bit touchy and activates when I type.

This product is great for iPad Pro 12.9/4. Generation. I like the durability and protection quality. The magnets are strong. The keyboard is good. This isn't the top line, it's somewhere in the middle. I rarely use the keyboard except for email and homework. Love the color and the feel. The price is perfect for my budget especially for the price I paid for my iPad. Would buy again.

First, the Apple Pencil does NOT charge through the case as advertised. The keyboard has a battery life of maybe an hour. I've had this for 2 months and the keyboard backlight went out completely and the whole thing doesn't work anymore. Another thing is that every time you want to use it you have to remove the keyboard and then put it back when you close the case. It is very inconvenient and I regret not having spent money on the Apple Magic Keyboard.

UPDATE AFTER RETURNS: Getting your money back has never been easier. TEMPORARY RETURN: First the box came completely broken but I'm still in doubt because I needed it. "Charged" the first 2 hours before trying to turn it on. I ended up letting it charge overnight. Never turned on. I tried different cables, I thought it might be the cable. no, it wasn't a cable.
