UPDATE AFTER RETURNS: Getting your money back has never been easier. TEMPORARY RETURN: First the box came completely broken but I'm still in doubt because I needed it. "Charged" the first 2 hours before trying to turn it on. I ended up letting it charge overnight. Never turned on. I tried different cables, I thought it might be the cable. no, it wasn't a cable. Should have known when the box was so damaged it literally looked used. Ordered a replacement (note it took 4 days to receive the first one - I had a replacement on hand the next day). The replacement was immediately in the charger. This box was new and unopened so I had high hopes. Well he does the same thing that's the first thing on it. Luckily Revain offered to return the item and he will be sending it back today! This company seems to produce too much and doesn't check the quality of any of them. Judging by the reviews about the case being too small for the keyboard to not work, I took that with a grain of salt. Seriously, don't waste your money on it, find something worth the time it takes you to try and hope it works and the time it takes to bring it to its destination bring. and he will send it back today!
