Good for a very short time. I received 8g and the size was right. It looked nice with no irritation, but one of the stones fell out. I'd go for something with a prong instead of glue, which can fail quickly and make it a waste of time if you're not cool with it.

They are still pretty even at 8g I bought them for a conch piercing.
