Battery does not hold any energy! Sometimes if I turn off the laptop and leave it at 50% it won't charge when I turn it on after 1 or 2 hours. This is at 0% off at 40% battery I will definitely ask for a refund!

This is a good laptop for the price. It starts fast. I was able to sign into my Microsoft account and it imported the settings from my other laptop, which was nice. These speakers aren't the best, but they're tolerable. The camera is terrible, only 2 MP.

Iproda has all the components I need for my teenager. But I couldn't find a replacement charger in any store or on Amazon. I'm still waiting for Revane to come back to me.

RUN from this laptop. When I first tried to charge it, it stopped working. He's completely dead. No power. I checked the charger and it works, but the laptop has no power. When I bought it, the listing said 2 year warranty and 1 year money back guarantee. I contacted the seller, they agreed to return the money. They never refunded my money and they changed the listing. Now there is no money back guarantee and 1 year warranty. Before agreeing to a refund, they wanted me to ship the item to China

I bought this computer to replace the old one that was becoming too slow. I had to stay on budget and this one did it. At this point it seems to be working fine. I don't play games, just surf the web, work with email, facebook, etc. For me, it has enough speed and storage for everything I need. I was familiar with Windows 10, so there were no surprises in that department. The keys are a good size and easy to type on. It's good to have a well-functioning computer.
