For Covid and tracking blood oxygen levels

We both have Covid and there arent a lot of guidelines that the medical world give you to follow. We got this to at least track our blood oxygen levels and it works great. Cant say on accuracy because I have no way to judge that.

Pros
  • The oximeter was ready to use, right out of the box. I am impressed by its accuracy
Cons
  • The device may not be very accurate for people with darker skin tones or nail polish

Quick, easy check on oxygen level

I have used a few pulseox units over the years, and in numerous doctor visits. This one seems to work as well as all the others. I tested it by holding back breathing for more than 30 seconds, and observed the gradual decrease in O2 saturation and recovery; it's responsive and repeatable. Bright red LED display has good readability.

Pros
  • Not sure how accurate it really is but seems to be fairly consistent
Cons
  • The device may be difficult to use for people who are unfamiliar with pulse oximeters

Everyone should own one

Family physician advised we get one during the pandemic. I bought one for my ageing parents as well. We’ve been using it regularly to monitor the oxygen level to the brain as well as heartbeat per minute. Handy tool to use before heading to ER.

Pros
  • I use it to get an accurate reponse.
Cons
  • The device may not be very useful for children or infants

This is going to be a big help.

With the state of access to medical care due to governmentally planned health issues, I can now g!ther the data my PCP needs to help me figure out what is going on.

Pros
  • YOUR OXYGEN SATURATION AND PULSE RATE IN ONE DEVICE - Our device is precision-engineered to measure both the Oxygen Saturation Levels in your blood, and your Heart Rate. Specially designed to help you understand and improve your fitness levels.
Cons
  • The device may not be very useful for people with certain cultural or language barriers

Best one ive owned as far as accuracy.

The only thing negative about it, is that it beeps if your oxygen level is too low. To me, its annoying but it may not bother you.

Pros
  • How do I know if the meter is accurate??? It reads the same every time.
Cons
  • The device may not be very user-friendly for elderly or less tech-savvy individuals

Peace of mind - my new review

Accuracy I hope that it is accurate. I bought it as it was suggested as I was COVID exposed and used it during my quarantine. I did not fall below the concerned level for but a brief moment and provided me with some level of assurance in case I needed to call the doctor for assistance and provide them vital information. It's inexpensive and easy to use and gave me some peace.

Pros
  • Product is simple to use easy to read and a good value
Cons
  • The device may not be very precise, particularly for people with irregular heartbeats or other cardiac issues

Good to have in a pandemic.

I am not sure why I bought this except to just be prepared. Then I caught Corona Virus and it was a god send. My entire family got sick at Thanksgiving. Everyone was better within a few weeks. Mid January 2021 I am still coughing my lungs out. Obviously doctors don't want to go near me. They monitor me by phone and were delighted to find I had my own O2 meter. If my O2 drops to 94 they want me to call an ambulance. I use this meter constantly and it works great.

Pros
  • REAL-TIME VISUAL FEEDBACK - The functions of our OXI-27 also include a bar graph. Showing in real time the intensity of the signal strength. So you know how well the device is able to pick up on your SpO2 and heart rate.
Cons
  • The device may not be very useful for people who do not have access to reliable internet or telecommunications services
