Great tool, and new team loved having everything tracked together

I like that it was very easy to use for my organization as we had never used anything similar before in our network operations department at this time of year (and even now). It would be nice if you could see what happened last quarter or month rather than just showing one day's activity instead - but maybe they don't have an option? We needed something more modern looking/feeling then using Excel spreadsheets so were really excited about getting started! So far no real complaints though other

  • Easy set up, simple navigation; can show trends by date range quickly without too much coding required.etc..Also user friendly layout with good colour themes available across most functions such is graphs which makes them clear cut when reviewing data over long periods
