Exceptional Ease and Reliability combined

I like that it is easy to use, has all of my providers in one place & allows me access from virtually anywhere! No phone calls are necessary with this system - just login via web browser or smartphone app for quick service at any time during business hours (or even after). It's also very user-friendly which makes training seamless as well!! The only thing about IRMC solutions so far was some glitches when connecting through work VPNs but those have been resolved now thankfully. We've seen an…

  • Just simply knowing how you enter data works fine most times if simple enough ;) Able to get help directly online within minutes whenever needed! Very good value overall given cost vs quality offered especially considering price per year subscription fee instead versus other options available out there today such as paper file folders kept manually updated

  • It takes a little bit of time to get familiar with all the features because there are so many.

  • It is not as in depth as other programs.
