I purchased this pen a month ago for my adult pet rabbit (Standard Rex) who weighs 10.5 pounds (about the size of an average cat). I use all eight panels and it gives her that luxurious large railing she loves when I'm not home to watch her move around the house. The door provides an easy way to let them in and out of the pen.
