🐾 Impressive IRIS Wire Pet Pen: Secure and Versatile Enclosure Review

I use this on my golden retriever and it works. Only problem is my dog likes to bite the lock button. It is recommended to use more buttons as a backup.

I bought two of these and love them. They are easy to swap out so you can add to or reduce them. I adjusted the two pieces with the included brackets to prevent my dog from climbing up and added to the original set to make it taller for my porch.

Never fully unpacked it - having seen the color - so can't comment on the quality other than we were specifically looking for a silver chrome finish handle and this one was spelled silver , but had none . It was neither black nor silver, it was dark dark grey. To return.

Dangerous! There is a movable gap between each plate. When the paw gets between two plates and the puppy moves, the space shrinks and squeezes the paw. The pup tries to pull away, causing the plates to be squeezed tighter and tighter. This is what happened to our 9 week old Labrador puppy today. She screamed from the bottom of her heart. Hence this review and a warning to anyone considering this corpus. This product should not be on the market!

I love this playpen! This is the only one I know of that allows you to create different configurations thanks to an adjustable clip system that holds the different panels together. I did a lot of research and decided to try this playpen because I can customize it to my liking. I have 2 extra panels that I don't need right now, but it's nice to know I have them if I ever need them. I cannot recommend this system enough.

I actually use two of these pens on my Russian turtle enclosure. It is lightweight, portable and can be installed in a variety of ways. I used some of this for the fence walls, hammered them into the ground, and lined the bottom 12 inches with a view barrier. I then used six panels as a roof, which easily zips up. Now my cake can be outside all day and protected from predators, even birds. I use clothespins to attach a movable curtain to part of the top so it always has a place. bask in the sun

More expensive pens are better - you get what you pay for. The frames on this pen are held together with cheap plastic latches, so if you pick up one frame, the two adjacent ones will "slip down" making it difficult to move. The door is not the full frame height, so a well-trained pet must come out, or get on all fours and squirm to reach the installed pet. Not that bad. Spinning around with a cheeky rabbit... bad. I like the pen, it works well where we have it. When I'm cooking, it's pretty easy for me to move into the kitchen. I attached it to her training box. My only complaint is that their paws get stuck between the panels. I doubled the clip and that would fix the problem. Because the paw can't get stuck anywhere else. I bought this for a small English Angora rabbit. I was impressed by the spaciousness right from the start. I know the sizes are listed but I assumed something smaller anyway. I can easily fit his very large tray in, giving him plenty of room to hop and hop.
