I bleached as light as possible while having the previous color with the same pigment. But for some reason it turned pink, the whole side that should be red turned pink. In the photo you can see a little. I also used neon blue. I hope when I adjust the color it comes out as intended but I thought you all should know.

Bought neon red because I wanted bright red, but this product is bright pink! Not at all what I wanted and money down the drain. If I wanted to dye my hair pink, I would use pink hair dye! The neon colors will be gone from your hair forever so it will be difficult to remove so I am not a satisfied tourist and will never use this product again. I bought neon orange and although it's orange it's light orange, not neon, not worth the money.

My kid ordered this hair dye to dye his hair for Halloween. The character they dress has red hair. They bleached their hair and dyed it with this dye. What was supposed to be neon red turned out to be neon pink. They had to look for another color to actually make their hair red. So if you really want red hair, I do not recommend this product. But if you want neon pink, then go for it.
