Ironwood Gourmet Acacia Wood 🍃 Double Tea Box - Rectangular Vauxhall Design Review

A very attractive wooden box that looks modern and dignified on a table or sideboard. However, the compartment sizes are appropriate for cheap Lipton tea bag envelopes (and similar), not for higher quality TWG envelopes (and similar). It is somewhat disappointing that the manufacturer did not consider a higher quality tea with such a good product.

The information on this product is incorrect. The info says it's 14.75 x 7.75 x 3.75 x 2 inches. This is not true, the external dimensions are approximately 14.125 x 7.375 x 2.3.5 x 1.125 (about 1/2 inch or more in each size). The overall height with the lid closed is 3.5 inches. The size was the most important feature for me, so I had to take the time to return the product. Maybe I didn't save it anyway. He's cheap.

Nicely done, my girlfriend was happy about the gift, but it does not close if it contains ordinary tea bags for every day. Another reviewer mentioned the same issue with this 2x5 compartment tea box. Looks like it only needs to be made a half inch taller. It would be great if you stuff tea bags in drawers or take bags out of sealed bags before putting them in, but seriously, who does that? Also, your tea will become stale.

This just arrived yesterday, well packaged and undamaged. The finish on the tea box has been applied unevenly and there is a dry corner in the top right corner where no coating has been applied at all, ruining the look of the beautiful tea box. Also, the hinges are offset rather than straight, so I'm sure this will affect the wear and durability of the box.
