    Excellent backup camera system

    After trying several other backup camera systems, I decided on this iStrong system based on the reviews and the large monitor that can be used continuously as a backup camera. During installation the small rubber antennas stopped working and I installed large long range metal antennas until a replacement rubber antenna was sourced. This is a great system that is relatively easy to install and easy to use.

    Does not perform as advertised

    This camera system does not perform as advertised. It was mounted on a 20ft trailer and has no signal. I even tried using the included antenna and extension cord. It didn't help. I contacted customer service via email (no phone number provided. I'm imagining!) and never received a reply. I return the block. I do not recommend this wireless backup camera to anyone. I would give zero stars if possible. Absolute waste of my time and money.

    Great wireless camera and monitor.

    This is the best wireless camera I've ever used. Mounted it on the back of a 14ft enclosed cargo trailer and monitor in a 2010 Toyota Highlander. I just did a 1700 mile one way ride and can't help but praise this system. The installation is very easy. I would not recommend mounting on the windshield next to the built in antenna if your car has one. Rarely have I lost video, and that was only for a moment. The customer support is even better than the wireless system. I would rate 10 if possible…

    This camera works well. Turns on as soon as you give it power. The image is a little colorless and couldn't be improved, but it's clear enough to get the job done. I've mounted it on the back of a dump trailer and it really helps get close to things you can't see from the truck. Because the camera is wireless, all you have to do is connect the camera to the taillights to power it. Then when you want him to turn it on, turn on your chases.     This is a quality kit with all the parts you need for basic setup and testing. I won't be using the cigarette lighter switch as I'm not sure if I can turn it on or off, but I can see how it might be useful for people with newer cars.
