First off I was very impressed with the level of customer support this company provides. Kayla was great to work with and she always responded to my emails quickly. As for the product itself. The first device was delivered quickly and as described. However, once the installation was complete, I wasn't entirely happy with the quality of the signal from the camera to the monitor. I emailed the company and they replied that they need to check some things. After the signal did not improve, they offered to replace the block with an updated version for free. The replacement device was delivered quickly. The signal was much better and had the best camera and recording capability in my opinion. Kayla also sent me a window vacuum for the monitor. It would be nice if there were more companies like this. Honest, friendly and puts the customer first. Thanks very much!
