The support team at ito is very knowledgeable about our products. They are always available to answer any questions we have. We love how fast they respond to emails. Sometimes we receive an email back within minutes but other times it takes them days or weeks to get back to us. It would be great if they could make it faster for us to get answers! The best part of working with this vendor was that they were always there for us. They worked very hard to make sure we had everything in place before our launch date. It was great to work for such an amazing organization like ito! I enjoyed working there so much that i wish my contract could have been longer than 3 months but alas this will never happen again.
