Thumbs up — well designed, looks and functions well

Works better than I had anticipated. Make sure to look at the dimensions. It’s smaller than you might think — bigger than a normal bathroom trash can, but quite a bit smaller than a kitchen one. The sensor is amazingly sensitive — in fact, the main issue is that it opens with so little motion that sometimes I open it when I don’t mean to. Seals decently (no smell) and the lid lifts off, so it’s easy to empty. The bags tuck under a little plastic ring that hold them in, so it looks nice too.

Expensive trash can is now trash

Purchased in February. It was perfect. Five months later it stopped working. Tried changing the batteries and nothing. I don't mind spending a little extra money on things as long as they're worth it. This wasn't worth it.

Let's be clear - this product does NOT have motion detection

Bought this for my home office and generally like it a lot. However, the name of the company/product, the packaging, and even the ability to review it here ["Motion detection"] makes it sound like it is a touchless trash can. IT IS NOT. There is not lid - no ability to open or close in a touchless manner. That's not why I bought it, but it does seem misleading and a little overpriced for what it really is.

Sensor needs to be adjusted down

It's so sensitive that it opens when I get anywhere near it. It's almost too tall. I put an inverted flower pot in the bottom to hold up the liner and to give the container some extra weight.

Cute plastic garbage cans. Heavy duty. to get bronze garbage cans is super expensive. You can't beat the price for these.

Originally purchased this for defrosting. Since 2 came in the pack I put one in the kitchen and it makes recycling super easy!
