I love my Arlo cameras but there was always a 3 second recording lag when just using the battery. With this cable, the camera can stay on all the time, so I no longer miss what's happening in front of the camera. The cord is long so it easily reached the outlet on my porch so I can see everything now. I bought 2 more of these to set up all 3 cameras this way.

Updated 3/12/2020 Itramax contacted me and wanted to fix everything. They assured me it was Revain's problem with the repackaging and not the way they do business. They sent me a new device in a box and everything works fine. Good service. Packed with all necessary mounting material. The other is clearly a returned item just wrapped in a package with no details. I don't know whose fault it is, but the one in the package works better!

I ordered and received two 10ft power cords and one 20ft cord for outdoor use with my new Arlo Pro 2 security cameras. I've had no problems with them. The connector that goes into the camera is angled as advertised and fits snugly, ensuring good waterproofing that has weathered multiple storms with ease. Also importantly, the angled connector allows you to use almost any type of mount without the connector getting in the way, which isn't necessarily the case with all such cables. I've used both
