I've made other reviews its a 10 and no I don't work for them. I can say at home that this product makes a huge difference to the hair. Like my other reviews, I have hypothyroidism and my hair is EXTREMELY fragile no matter how hard my hair styling professional is. The entire product line combines very well with each other and leaves the hair soft and supple; not heavy or greasy. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. Her hairspray is fantastic too. keep great!

I bought this because I couldn't find it on the market. Some people wrote in the reviews that they think it's fake. That! My hair became terrible after a month of use. I have been using this shampoo for many years and it is good for my hair. This is not a real product. DO NOT BUY THIS!

My bottle arrived with a damaged pump center. When I called for help I was told that since it was an external damage (packaging issue?) nothing could be done? Not only that, I've used this product a lot and it definitely felt diluted and runny compared to my previous use.

I love this brand for all my hair products. Buying shampoo and conditioner in this size saves money in the long run, I have long hair and this large bottle with dispenser usually lasts about 3 months. I can see a difference in volume and moisture in my hair using this brand versus a regular store brand. Highly recommended for all hair types!
