Great for making your own laundry soap

I make my own laundry soap. Sometimes I used soap bars and rubbed them in. Hands down is much easier. I was also able to increase the amount of soap in the mix to make it work better on my laundry soap. Good value so you get plenty of cereal.

Wow, my underwear is so clean!

I am amazed at how clean my laundry gets with this! I've used cleansers my whole life and I'm stepping away from them and moving on to a simpler path. It's amazing how well a simple bar of soap works. I personally hate its smell - it's just a typical Irish spring smell. Some people like it. I will say you can buy this at your local Walmart store for a lot less!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

I've been cooking for several years. 1 1/2 gallons of warm water 3 cups boiled water 1 1/2 cups each of borax, Zote soap flakes, and washing soda. Add soap flakes, stir slowly, bring to the boil. (They may stick together in this case, but if you can't get them all out you can strain the
