These cables were needed to connect some headsets to our MiTel/ShoreTel phone system at work. They worked as intended.

I use it at work for meetings, webinars. Definitely does its job. I'm glad I bought it to save my neck and maintain my privacy instead of using the speakerphone feature on my phone. Not sure why this thing doesn't come with the headset, you can't use one without the other?

I work in a 'flex space' office environment with shared phones (ick). I bought this cable to connect an old wired headset (Jabra GN2100) to my desk phone and join conference calls without using the speakerphone or cellphone minutes.

This was the recommended connector for connecting a Jabra headset to a Polycom Soundpoint IP 550 phone, but the documentation didn't tell you which option to use. It took a few tries to figure out that switch position 7 seemed correct for this combination, and yet the headset mic is loud and a little hissing at times.

Was very disappointed with the product as it came in poor packaging and the cable itself didn't work. Upon closer inspection I saw that the cable was in terrible condition and looked like it had been attacked by a cat. The cable's body was chewed up and the wires were exposed. There were also scratch marks on the control panel. I am surprised that this item passed the warehouse inspection.

I bought this because it is required for the Jabra GN2110 headset. Works, sound quality is good. I put a star because it's not plug and play and there's no easy way to tweak the settings - you just have to try all 10 settings and see for yourself which one offers the best sound quality. If you have the wrong setup, the audio can be good on your end and bad on the receiver line, dead on one or both ends of the line, or good quality on both ends of the line.
