I can't unscrew ring

I want to detach the standard flat window and attach a popup window. But it's so tight I can't unscrew it! Looks bad. What should I do?

Purrfect for Adventure

This set is one of my favorites! I love the mesh storage pockets. It's also durable and roomy for my 12 lb cat. We open the roof and he enjoys watching our adventures.

Looks great, but only works on a calm cat.

If you want it to double as a cat backpack and carrier, make sure your cat loves being in a carrier and doesn't squirm or fidget. My cat tore the net in it on the first walk. The net is too big and easy to reach with claws to damage it and make holes. The mesh needs to be much thinner to avoid this problem. Other than that, this is a great product.

Dangerous! The bubble doesn't stay. And despite the defect, no returns!

I bought this backpack from the company. Beautiful, but not flat. The bubble doesn't stick. And they will not replace it! And they don't have a return policy, so stick with this $145 piece %#%$&. Run away from this company lest your cat run away from you! They keep removing my reviews from the site so write here!

Initial Review: Sturdy tote with lots of extras (bladder, low profile vent, backpack or standard tote). Easy to clean material. Plenty of room for our 7.5 lb cat. It has the ability to fold the top screen down and secure it with a hook. Has a safety hook inside to attach seat belts. Sturdy for my 17 lb boy
