such a fresh non chemical smell! Cleans very well. If you can, use cold water instead of hot water when cleaning pet urine. Hot water fixes the proteins in the fibers of the carpet, after which it is very difficult to remove them.

Did not completely eliminate all odors but greatly improved. We had a cat that we couldn't stop peeing outside of the litter box no matter what we did. It helped us eliminate much of the problem area when most of the other products we tried failed.

Worth every penny! In combination with our carpet cleaner, this product removed so much dirt and set stains that I love it. The smell isn't overpowering either, which is great because I love clean smells, but the chemicals can be quite annoying at times. As a pet owner with 4 children I have used many carpet cleaners over the years and this is the best I have ever seen.

We've tried just about every carpet cleaner recommended for removing pet odors. None worked. It took a few times to use carpet cleaning tablets but now we can enter the room without the smell of cat pee. We have an old cat who decided to pee near the box but not in the box. Aggravating. Took her to the vet and tried what was recommended. She has not lost her happy home yet.

Received this product as a sample from my local large pet store (one of the two large chains) and it was really good so I decided to buy more and Amazon had the best deal. I have 2 cats and a dog and the dog seems to think the rug is his private bathroom! Let's just say he has a lot of "accidents". I've used product after product and nothing has worked until I've used Jackson products. I sat with my daughter's cats and they marked the area. I couldn't get rid of the smell! This product works fairly well but after a few uses I still had to use Zero Odor. However, removing pet stains and odors is a difficult task and I haven't found any magic bullets. I often find it helpful to use one product (like enzymes) and maybe several uses of it, then apply vinegar water (presumably to reset the pH) and then use another product (like molecular odor neutralizer). This product has a slight odor reminiscent of clean linen and will fade. It's not as heavily perfumed as Nature's
