I've used product after product and nothing has worked until I've used Jackson products. I sat with my daughter's cats and they marked the area. I couldn't get rid of the smell! I was ready to start stripping the rug and wondering if I could replace it. I used a pet stain and odor remover first, then steam cleaned the entire room. My carpet is saved. It left a stronger "cleaner" smell than I wanted (but 100% better than cat pee). I put some baking soda on the carpet after it was completely dry (I let it sit for 24 hours then vacuumed) and it's like BRAND NEW carpet again. Like they never had them in my house and my dogs have NO re-spots. This is a must!
