If it's meant to help set the color, it doesn't work that well. Although the color doesn't seem to be fading, I now have pink kitchen towels.

I bought this product based on a recommendation that it would help remove paint stains from my clothes. Although he removed it from most of my clothes, there were a few items that could not be salvaged. It's definitely a miracle cure for some bad luck, but don't expect it to fix everything!

My husband washed an old red and cream duvet in the machine. Of course, the redness spread all over the cream. I bought these and machine washed the duvet with 1/3 of a bottle of water and a few sheets of Shout. It took two attempts, but the ceiling is almost perfect. The pale pink hue is only visible in a few places and only in bright sunlight.
