Perfect for your vintage needs Bianchi

This is exactly what I needed for my Bianchi Talladega frame! Super smooth setting and strong spring. The polish on the "ears" could be better, but I don't notice it with use.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • repair

Brakes easily best in sport

Seems to be the perfect solution for cable stops that are too small for standard barrel adjusters. Connected. All was good until about halfway through when the threaded part broke off - broke off leaving the other half in the barrel and unusable. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Precise replacement of a hard-to-reach part.

It took me a long time to find out the name of this little detail. It seems that most barrel adjusters on the market are designed for use on a threaded frame. The solder on my Bianchi Brava is a simple unthreaded socket. This is exactly the replacement for what I was looking for.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Excellent cable adjusters

great product. The best rope tensioners. The only downside is that they are heavier than others, but the difference is negligible. 4 grams heavier than Jagwire's plastic regulators. They're not bad, but Mickey's are more reliable and more precisely tuned. They are used to attach frame cables, but I install them on all rear derailleurs, even if an adjuster is connected upstream. Facilitates tuning in no time and in the garage. Highly recommended. Oh, and by the way, they work great with Shimano…

Pros
  • nice item
Cons
  • easy repairability

Wow! Great product for gear components

New triple derailleurs, especially when combined with a narrower chain for 11 speed cassettes, make traditional derailleur adjustment very, very difficult. Jagwire Mickey solves this problem. What a wonderful addition to my bike. Installation took 5 minutes and saved me 2 hours of frustration trying to center the switch to spec. Even better, now that the cables have stretched throughout the season, the Jagwire Mickey allowed the switch to be quickly flipped to the middle position in 2 minutes.

  • New

Great solution to a common problem

Great cable adjustment solution if you only have a soldered cable stop. Much slimmer and less bulky than the large integrated barrel adjuster. I removed the chopper brake levers from my touring bike (which uses standard cantilever brakes) and with them went the built-in stem adjusters. When reconnecting, I installed it between the brake cable and the cable stop of the frame top tube for the rear brake. Worked great even after the local store (which I'm beginning to doubt) retracted every known…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • I won't say anything

If you need an index controller, this is the easiest solution!

Absolutely saved me a headache! I replaced an old broken rear mechanism and the new one didn't have a built in index adjuster. I didn't want to go through the hassle of installing an inline regulator. They easily fit almost anywhere you want. Strictly speaking, they are designed for cable stops on the top/down tube, but can also be attached to the rear derailleur if desired. I personally attached it to the derailleur to mimic the function of the built-in regulator on some steering wheel…

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
