I was so excited about it before I received it. I am extremely disappointed. They claim to be waterproof but are not. Since I had them in green I could see they were wet right after my son got off the sled. I touched his long underwear and it was wet too. Once he sat in the snow for less than 30 seconds. My knees also got wet right after kneeling. We haven't had a chance to test them in the snow yet. I am extremely disappointed. i wanted to love her

We've had a pink pair for three years, a few grades later, at an open air forest school in Michigan where our fall, winter and spring are cool. They are dry and warm underneath. We bought them large for our eldest and now they will be given medium small for her adventures and we will measure them for Miss 7. Bought it for a trip. Very light but very warm. My active 3 year old who is picky about some fabrics (dislikes wool or fabrics that are too bulky) loved wearing these pants. I hope it doesn't outgrow too quickly as it was more expensive for a toddler product on Revain.

These pants are so warm for my little 17 month old. Keeps my son warm and dry while he sits down to play in the snow. I'm glad I appreciated it so they can bear it. The material feels good and is water-repellent

They are very large in the waist and despite the drawstring we had to send them back and order a size smaller. I understand they can be great for layering; they were still too big. If your child is as skinny as a bar, you can choose one size smaller. Otherwise it is really high quality and TOP. Looking forward to getting our new pair and going out in the rain.

These pants are great! My son goes to woodland kindergarten in Maryland. He's out in the woods all day no matter the weather. These pants will keep him dry and warm (sometimes too warm) all day long. They wash well and dry fairly quickly. My kids both mostly attended outdoor day care, so we've bought a lot of gear over the years. They stand out enough to make me write a review. Highly recommended.

Great for toddlers! I sized to fit over pants. Keeps our little one warm and dry. We actually bought a second pair to keep in preschool. They are good for outdoor play in wet or cold conditions. They keep my baby warm in Alaska so I recommend these pants to anyone who lives in colder climates.

When it comes to waterproofing, that's it! They kept my kids warm and dry pushing through 4 feet of snow. However, they are very big. I could fit my 4 year old in the size I got for my 2 year old. So maybe the size is smaller. Otherwise they were amazing and I would definitely recommend!

They're quite water repellent, they're comfortable, but I don't think they're that well made because the seams came undone in the crotch and she didn't even put them on! Maybe it was this pair but I sent them back!

These pants look good and the quality is good but they sent me a used pair with another child's name on the tag! They were wrapped in plastic to look like new but apparently they were returned pants which were pawned to me like new. Very disappointed with the bait and switch as they are not cheap! I guess you never know where Revain's material came from, but they were sent by Revain, not a third party, as far as I can tell.

They work so well in rainy/wet weather. My toddler stayed dry and played in the wet yard all day after the storm. Haven't tried them in the snow yet, but he said it doesn't get too hot in 70 degrees. He was comfortable. Excellent purchase!

These pants will be our go-to winter pants and there will be plenty of room for layers underneath. The fleece lining is also very subtle!

I need them for the cold and windy central Florida weather. On 40 degree days it gets cold in the forest. They fit more than the tag size. We flipped the belt and it helped! The children did not complain of any discomfort and did not relieve it during the four-hour program. Good choice and glad I bought it!

This was for my 2.5 year old son. He weighs 30 pounds, tall and lean. He was comfortable in his pants. After a long day in the snow I inspected the pants and they were dry on the inside. I like the color too.

Bought in late October for my daughter to wear over school clothes to play outside in the chilly fall weather. She wore them no more than 10 times and the crotch seam came undone due to the fabric fraying. Disappointed given the price.
