    As expected but overpriced

    I bought this sponge to replace a similar sponge I got from Makeup Artist's Choice which is worn out. I love applying foundation powder. They are expensive from MUAC, especially with shipping, which is why I searched here. The product is not identical, but comparable. It works as expected and holds up quite well after several washes with makeup brush cleaner. But it's hardly worth it. I really think there should be several for this price.

    Ideal for liquid foundation and blotting!

    I don't use Jane Iredale but this sponge is great for applying my liquid mineral foundation (I use Illuminare)! Keeps my foundation looking flawless but doesn't absorb foundation so doesn't waste tons of makeup. It also doesn't irritate skin, which for me is the whole point of using a sponge (sponges are better than brushes if you have sensitive skin or acne). I use it dry but I think it can be used both wet and dry. I definitely like it more than the Real Technics orange blender sponge and…

    Best applicator for foundation and blending

    I use mineral powder almost exclusively. This is the best applicator I've come across and I've used a variety of brushes including kabuki brushes, beauty blenders, and various foam sponges. There's no getting confused with this, you can just dial in a small amount to avoid wasting expensive powder, and it applies foundation in a smooth, even layer. You can apply multiple times to get the coverage you need/desire. In addition, this sponge washes well. I have an old one that I bought at least…
