Janlynn Kitty Pillowcase Stamped Stitch Review

The fabric looks shiny, the hem is very flat. Looks like very cheap pillowcases from Wal-Mart. But the drawing is fairly even on it. The package was also delivered 3 days late. And since the waiting time for delivery was long anyway, it was quite important to add 3 days to the delivery time.

The material is beautiful and when finished it looks like a mix of watercolor and crochet. I used a darker blue for two of the birds, a lighter blue for the other two, and yellow for their little bellies. They have small feathers sticking out right on their heads, they are definitely small chicks. This is cross stitch, not cross stitch so they look different.

This cushion cover has a nice clear print, a lot of work but the result is worth it. The print washes off easily. There was no floss in the kit, but I didn't need it. The only real problem I had was that it was a bit difficult for me to see the lines between the heart and the band. I am giving this to my colleague's daughter as a wedding present. I don't know if young people still appreciate things like that because everyone wants all their stuff to be the same, but I loved doing it!

I ordered a cross stitch kit Janlynn cushion cover butterfly pair. It's good. Haven't done this yet, but the stamp is clear and easy to see. I think it will be so beautiful when finished. The quality of the material seems to be quite good. This is a standard pillowcase size. The instructions are a little tricky to follow but if you've done cross stitches before you can figure it out. This will be a lot of sewing, it won't be a quick project but it will be fun and I hope it turns out that pretty
