Janome Plastic Bobbins: Essential Accessories for All Home Sewing Machines Review

I order Janome bobbins from Revain because Joann's and Hobby Lobby don't have them. They sell regular coils that fit Singers so I'm glad to find them at Revain. I used to buy bobbins at big quilt shows, but now I go there once a year. Sometimes coils are needed immediately, and the price is about the same, so everything is fine. Actually maybe cheaper in the long run because I spend a lot of money on many things at these quilt shows.

They are not as strong or heavy as the bobbins that came with my Janome, but they work very well and I didn't have to adjust the bobbin tension. on my current Janome 2212 machine. I'm a beginner and have only been sewing for 4 or 5 years. Unless you're an experienced manufacturer, it's worth choosing a brand name, rather than a generic brand substitute, whenever possible/available in order to buy right the first time (unlike ME, who constantly falls into the trap of only ending up to be a…

Despite being advertised these bobbins do not work in the Sewist 740DC. I emailed the company before I bought them and they said they work. Well, not if you hear the clatter of the machine as you sew. I swapped out the bobbin for the one that came with the machine and the problem was solved.
