Great Product But User Friendly Needs Improvement

We were able to access all of our employee information in one place where we could easily create reports as needed. The system was not user friendly for new users so some employees had difficulty using it which made them feel like they couldn't do their jobs effectively. I would recommend this product if you are trying to get your current workforce up-to speed with an integrated HR solution that is easy to use. This software helped us centralize everything about our staff from paychecks toโ€ฆ

  • Also helpful because each department within my job title doesnโ€™t have separate login requirements/passwords allowing me more freedom while maintaining security measures between departments' personnel data without being limited by restrictions placed upon
