Non-rice paper for printing

I ordered what I thought was rice paper because the description says so. It's good paper, just not the rice paper I was looking for.

Pros
  • Decorative paper
Cons
  • High price

not for calligraphy

If this is typical of rice paper I would not recommend it for pen and ink/calligraphy/fountain pens. Those are feathers. He's bleeding to the other side. And my stack of paper arrived creased in the middle due to careless packaging. I even tried ironing it but the curve stayed.

Pros
  • kraft
Cons
  • expensive

The paper came with large creases

I bought this paper for Japanese calligraphy. The protective cover of the paper has been opened, and the whole package of paper has large creases, making it unsuitable for calligraphy. I am extremely disappointed. In addition to this pack of paper, I also ordered a pack of calligraphy paper from another manufacturer. Both were sent together in one envelope. Second pack of paper in excellent condition. Apparently the crumpled paper was crumpled before packaging.

Pros
  • paper and paper crafts
Cons
  • thin
