Junction Project Box made of ABS material. Sturdy and terrific for making those DIY projects. Easy to drill and shape openings for many items like meters, sockets, LEDs and so on. Inner dimension: Approx. 3.7 x 2.44 x 1.73 inches(94 x 62 x 44mm). Average wall thickness is 0.11 inches (2.9mm). Ideal for electronic projects, Arduino enclosure, power supply units, temperature controller box, etc. electrical junction box is solid construction and IP65 waterproof rating to protect against dust, corrosion and splashing water. There are 2 screw holes inside, that would be easy to mount the electrical box, such as attaching a board.

Waterproof, durable.

As advertised. I kept it under water overnight. Inside it was dry. Robust construction. Great product for hobby electronics cases.

Supplied without IP65 seals

Although these boxes appear to be well made and reasonably priced, neither box received had a lid seal. This makes these boxes unsuitable for waterproofing according to IP65.

Perfect for what I need

I needed a small box to hide the extra rear camera cables that run to the back of my caravan. I cut out the backing, put the wires in and screwed it on. The plastic is of excellent quality and even comes with a gasket to protect it from the elements.
