Very Useful - my new review

Works great! Just keep in mind you need to buy the lighter fluid separately. It says so in the description, but I totally missed it.

Pros
  • It works but did not receive the Keychain flashlight.

  • Doesn't come with the oil you need.

Not easy to light. Be prepared to be okay with ruining the finish on the side of the striker.

The look of this is nice, however, the operation is a bit difficult. Especially in low light situations. It's very hard to get the orientation correct. Not to mention you WILL ruin the finish on the side of the striker. First attempt ended in a long scratch. Really can't be helped. If they had made the edges around the striker higher, it would be better to keep the metal matchstick on the striker. It lit well for the first few uses but declined rapidly. Just bad. for my opinion

Great concept, but horrible execution.This single item is heavier than my entire Keychain and all 20 keys on it.Will not recommend to anyone.The weight alone ruins this product (not to mention its cheap cheap cheap build/material)

Kerosene is the worst way to fuel this!

I paid extra for a light and fuel, (it only works with kerosene) light does not work and after working on actually putting fuel in it did not work.

Hey, how about some prerequisites.

What is needed to function, or usually , customers buy this type of fluid for use. That way I could use it right out of the box. A more intuitive video with use before purchase would have been helpful. I will update my review when I Get it to work. Design is awkward, doesn’t seem to be a good everyday keychain. The flashlight is good for a quick light source in a pinch.

Not as easy as directions indicate

Not as easy as it looks, it works but not what I was expecting won't be buying again. Going back to wax coated matches. That's my review.

Works well, just make sure you turn the lid tight

This replaced my daily-wear hook carbiner, clipped to my flashlight and pill container, with something that does the same thing and more (lighter and bottle opener).If you use Zippo lighter fluid it will evaporate quickly if the seal is not tight. In any case, the flint starter will require a few strikes to light if you haven't used it in a while. I found the best strike method is to:- keep the angle of the match (the tube) and rail (on the body) around 90 degrees- apply downward pressure…

Came with no fluid/oil

This item is very cool, but it came with no lighter fluid/oil so now I have to search for some. I would give a 5 but having to put in extra work takes away from the item.

It seems simple but I bought 2 and they both refuse to light. All I can get is sparks.The little flashlight works just fine.
