I updated the firmware on the device and my iPad it was connected to is fine. There was a popping noise in my right ear and the EQ wouldn't stay set. The audio was low and the sound quality was unnatural. I didn't expect that from JBL headphones.

JBL wireless headphones are made of high quality material! It is very convenient when wearing the headphones on the head. These headphones can be wireless or wired. The noise canceling function is so good. However, the sound quality in the headphones does not meet my expectations! Midrange is good. High and low basses do not sound very clear. I cannot recommend these headphones!

Bought to replace old headphones that no longer worked. I liked them because they're cans and not tiny in-ear headphones that seem to pop out of my head easily. Within a week of purchase I had multiple issues with these headphones, JBL Live 660NC. The biggest issue I've had is an unusual crackling sound, which appears to be related to the noise-cancellation itself. This crackling noise is quite intrusive and cannot be easily ignored.
