More than expected.

Installation went great. These are bookshelf speakers, not satellites. Luckily I had free space on the walls for them. Look at the indicated purchase sizes b4. I was surprised at how solid the mounting design was. I didn't believe it when I opened it up, but the mounts are amazing and strong - just with a solid surface to screw on. I'll be worried in 10 years when the plastic stress wears off. By the way, I keep this reactive wand in my jewelry box so I don't lose it. By the time the plastic…

I love my JBLs! on bookshelf speakers

Update August 2021: Well, the speakers didn't last very long. Both drivers are now clicking like crazy. They were never abused, ran 125 watts into 2 ohms, all frequencies below 95 Hz were blacked out. They were great sounding little speakers, they just have to be very weak. Then to the NAD 2600A (2 channels of 150 watts each). Both speakers are combined into one amplifier channel. The other channel goes to the guitar speaker. I play through it on my KAT KT4, I play through it on my guitar, I play music through it with a Samson wireless guitar system connected to my iPhone, the wireless system receiver is connected…

Just great sound

After remodeling and upgrading my living room, I decided to ditch the old Pioneer floor standing cabinets that were used as front speakers for a 5.1 surround sound system and downsize them because they perfectly match my current stand for the entertainment system and then free up more space for a tidier look. The fact that these are JBL studio monitors and can handle 150W peak power made the choice pretty easy. In addition, many of the reviews here are also helpful. I'm a musician so I like to…
