Literally a must! I felt like my 2018 Tacoma's center console was so deep that everything underneath was lost. This nice organizer fits right on top of your deep Tacoma basket for versatile storage. The rubberized pads that come with the Red Trim are sticky and non-slip. Anything placed on it will not slide. My iPhone SE is a bit large (a fraction of an inch longer) for a phone case, but I think that's a plus. This is a simple tray that rests on the edge of an existing box. . It's very flat. Anything thicker, maybe 2 inches, should be stored under the organizer. And if you want to access this item, you have to take it out and put it somewhere while getting your item out from below. I know this sounds like an odd complaint, but I promise you'll be constantly removing and installing this tray whenever you put anything over 2 inches thick in it. Toyota fell short in many areas on the 3rd generation Tacoma (which costs half a fortune!), but this one amazes me. We got a center console with a big black hole under the armrest. For real?! How about spending an extra 83 cents on Toyota and giving us a standard shaped tray like this?! Small things you need for your car (pens, notepad, coins, BT headset, pressure gauge, etc.). Fits great. The color matches MY console. Thick plastic. There is no flexibility. Notch for power cord. BUT trying to pull the tray out of the console is problematic. He didn't get stuck. You need to place the nail(s) under the marginal lip and lift. This tilts the tray and objects in the tray can be shifted or, depending on the height of the items, tip over.
