Ideal for repairing jeans

The only needle for repairing and altering jeans. Jeans worn in tough working conditions need to be repaired. This often means sewing over double seams. This needle will not sew through 3 or more layers of heavy denim.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors are here

Awesome Needles

Strong Needles are finally here. I have a zinger and they work great with him. The singer's needles are terrible. I bought 3 types of singer needles and they are all broken or bent. Not this one. Actually I'm working on my 4th hard project with the same needle.

Pros
  • Awesome
Cons
  • Some Bugs

Not just for denim

I tried to make pot holders with two layers of fabric and two layers of terry cloth. (Note: if you want to make oven mitts, a few squares of terry cloth cut from a cheap beach towel will insulate better and be cheaper than any fancy quilted batting you can find.) However, sewing so many thick layers was frustrating. My sewing machine kept jamming and the thread would tangle and then break. I was about to give up in frustration, thinking my sewing machine wasn't strong enough to sew something…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
