Don't expect a knife to be sharp

This knife looks good and feels well balanced in my small hands BUT don't expect it to be sharp. This knife is duller than the santoku I have owned for 15 years and has not been sharpened or sharpened since I bought it due to my lack of knowledge and skill. The same goes for the set of 3 santoku knives from this line that I bought and got delivered today. I don't know if this is because they are bought from Revain and maybe cost seconds compared to buying direct from the company in the UK or…
