I bought two packs to use together to see if the average readings of the two came up. On the first day, they differed from each other by two percent, so I wanted to use the average between them. But for two days they work the same way. I think that there were several new cigars under one of them, maybe it hasn't reached the humidity of my humidor yet.

Works great in our bearded dragon habitat. One at the hot end, the other at the cold end. I tested it with temp. probes and it's always within 0.2 degrees of what they say. I'm fine with that difference. It doesn't have to be exactly what we use it for. I haven't been able to test the hygrometer's accuracy, but putting water on its plate affects the percentage a bit. So I assume this works well enough already. Can't comment on the battery life yet, but they've been using them for 3 or 4 months…

Someone may have gotten a bad batch but I had both calibrated equally and adjusted my Oasis IV Hygro fine tuned with the 75% Boveda package. I use Oasis in my traditional desktop cigar humidor and these little ones are in acrylic jars. Just remember that the sensor is on the bottom of the device. So putting it in your pocket with the sensor down will result in slow/false readings. Make sure there is breathing room at the bottom of the unit and you can read the airflow/relative humidity. They come in pairs. I have both in the same environment (mushroom pod), sitting next to each other, and they never give anywhere near the same readings. One shows 78% humidity and the other 90%. BTW, 90% is the highest value they give. Even if I know it should be higher, I will see the readings increase very quickly, but then I will stop at 90% and not go back up.
