Put it on a 2017 GROM and it just looks like an open pipe. The neighbors are already offended by me. So I had to order a 48mm insert to confuse it. The 2 inch connection went through well and easily as it replaces the same size. The device is longer than I imagined for this small bike. The inner diameter at the outlet is 48 mm. quite big and noisy. It came with a mount that worked great on this bike. Slightly heavier than my previous device, but quite long.

I welded the muffler to a separate pipe and used the clamp that came with the original muffler to install the muffler. I also made a bracket out of aluminum but in time I may replace it with stainless steel. Especially on my bike it sounds very good at low revs, but on the highway at high revs (7k+) it sounds very much like the engines of a small airplane flying overhead. Was looking for something to muffle the sound of my Honda Rancher 350. It came with a "db killer" that caught my attention. It only took a few minutes to install, I fired it up and to my surprise it actually reduced the volume significantly to the point where you could speak normally at a controlled volume! Video quality is terrible. This exhaust was perfect for my Briggs & Stratton V-Twin lawn mower. The kids love mowing the lawn as it sounds like they are riding a motorbike. I didn't remove the baffles as I don't think it's necessary as the motor sounds great! Even my neighbors say it's not that loud and sounds good. I didn't use springs for the sliding adapter.
