Absolute rubbish!: Dogs

The thing lasted a few months. Ridiculous. How to throw away money. As you can see it is not chewed or rusted. Literally just exploded. I will change my rating if the seller refunds or replaces.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Basically ok, but...

Cable hooks are too small

Works well. I would give it five stars but the hooks are too small for large hands on a large dog. I had to add Menends Lumber Yard's next big sister hook. I would buy another but would recommend the following larger hooks.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Was damaged

It's a good solid cable though.

I use this in my yard to keep my 55 pound Standard Poodle walking. He's a wild pup, so it hurts when he tangles with me on the run. I'm over 70. That's why I want it to be heavier and available in more colors than black. I find it hard to see black coming. He chewed lightly through part of the outer jacket into a raw cable. I like the stretch at the end of the collar.

Be careful with this if you have 2 large very active dogs

We loved everything about it, it was better than advertised and the company was great to deal with. However, we use two of these for two VERY active Alaskan Malamutes that weigh about 90 pounds each. The cable is so thin that if you play very hard, one or both of your legs will become tangled and injure you if you continue uncontrolled. Nothing major but be careful and watch closely if you have TWO dogs. We're just going old school with a heavier rope because of our situation. If we only hadโ€ฆ

Great teacher but not recommended for small dogs

I like that the harness is easy to see. however, the color seems to fade after just a few months of use (autumn, not summer, i.e. less daylight). I bought it to be more visible after a fresh snowfall. So far so good, I have a magnet on my door frame for easy access when I let my dogs out. My only criticism of this product is the nib. This adds some weight to the rope. My 45 lb Aussie doesn't care. The pit bull, on the other hand, doesn't seem to care. Probably won't buy this again.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Difficult to see

Broken after first lunge with dog only 60lbs

I would not trust this harness for any dog over 30lbs. The cable is very thin and light, but the FELT spring is strong. I wanted to try one with a spring as regular zip ties always ended up breaking my dog harness due to shaking after a while. The spring broke immediately, leaving the cable on the floor. Luckily my yard is partially fenced and I was able to grab her before she ran away. DO NOT leave your dogs unattended on this harness, especially if there is a chance they could stress theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Decent performance

  • Minor issues

Good Inexpensive Treadmill

A fairly decent treadmill for a dog. I'd say the smaller ones are around 75 pounds or less. I had to replace one I made using various parts from a local hardware store. I can throw some cons etc here for you. I've been wearing it for about a month so it's working pretty well. Pros: - It doesn't get tangled. I'm not sure how thick the real steel line is at the top, but the line doesn't gather in circles. The spring works well, all stainless steel. Kon: I see dogs chewing on it. Nothing will make
