LOCK ON AIR CHUCK- JINKEY 1/4" FNPT air chuck is made of brass, Nylon and specially treated premium alloy steel for super durability and resistance to corrosion. As an improvement,the material of the sleeve changed into nylon from stainless steel.This change reduces the friction between the moving parts and makes operation easier. THE AIR CHUCK UNIVERSAL FITMENT-The air chuck is designed and manufactured to meet a variety of applications, works perfectly even on short type stems that other chucks just could not lock on. Standard bore size suitable for Schrader valve (0.305”OD) which is widely used on tires of cars vans aircraft trucks and so on. NO AIR LEAKAGE-This unique design open flow air chuck has secure attachment to tire valve stem, machined thread jaw, instead of stamped sheet metal, locks onto tire valve threads providing hands free and tough connection, no more hassle on short type stem valve. 1/4"FNPT AIR CHUCK-The air chuck thread is 1/4" FNPT and has an adapter, it can be applied to two connection methods, and is very practical. EASY TO USE- Simply slide the sleeve forward to lock and pull the sleeve back to release. Already failed tire repair tools

Was hoping it would last a little longer. After using the cartridge about a dozen times, it just fell apart. The concept is great. Was working great before the crash. Well, ten bucks down the drain.

Great idea, poor execution

The design of the collet is great, apart from the fact that the threads are further threaded at its base where it screws onto the brass part, which seriously reduces the strength of the collet Finger. Many of the bad reviews about this air chuck reflect user impatience rather than product performance. Notches are inside the black "Capturing" ring. They are designed to grip the threads of the cap on the rod shank. This is accomplished by pressing the cartridge against the stem valve and moving the knurled ring forward. In general, the assembly design is not bad. The digital pressure gauge works perfectly. However, the air liner either doesn't seal or clamp most items I need to inflate. Some examples are implements (forklifts, skid steer loaders, small trailers) or the latest Jeep Patriot Latitude (tpms style stem).
