I always love what it does to my hair when I dye it, the only thing that bothers me (and it's a personal preference) is how I like the smell Amber-musk scents aren't what I like and I'm sure I'm not the only one. But I'll put up with it because, as I said, it really gives your brunette hair an amazing shimmer and tone.

Have tried many John Frieda products. This is my favorite. The scent is great and not overpowering. Makes hair soft and combable. Hair seems to have taken on a new dimension.

I've used this shampoo before and don't know what happened to the quality but my hair looks clean for about four hours and then it gets flat and very greasy next day. I love his new amber scent, but I probably won't buy it again.

Finally found a product that really does what it says on the tin. This Brilliant formula actually makes my hair shiny, shiny, almost shiny. I also love that it extends my hair color by about 2 weeks. I use this with the accompanying Brilliant Conditioner.

I thought this shampoo was great for the first 4 months of use. That was until my hair looked and felt like hay. My hairdresser was appalled at the condition of my hair at every appointment. It gradually got worse. I think for those who color their hair every month this product is not the best. It smells great and will likely work for those with healthier hair. This product saved my hair after using too much bleach for highlights. Instead of paying even more money for the color grading, I decided to take the cheaper route. A quick wash and conditioner (plus a deep conditioner) left my hair beautiful, soft, blonde - just like it was before the nasty bleach, not brunette. The product has deepened the overall color of the blonde and has a subtle "low light" effect. I will wash/condition again and then go back to my regular shampoo.
