I received my order via USPS today and the package was leaking. Apparently one of the containers wasn't completely closed and was missing an ounce of product. It may not seem like much, but it's 25% of what was in the container. I don't know who to contact to fix this but I would like a replacement or partial refund. I like the product but not how it was supposed to be.

I'm almost 70 and my hair is thinning silver. I've used this on my bangs and the fronts of my hair, applying it liberally to the roots as directed and then some more. I dried it and WOW my hair that lay flat after drying lifted from the roots and stayed together looking like much thicker hair. To my surprise, the next morning after sleeping everything looked just as good as on the third and fourth days! Can't praise it enough!

I'm a guy. I've been using this spray for 6 years now because there's almost no smell and my head doesn't itch. The price has doubled in recent years. I tolerate it because I love the product. I've also put up with bad injectors in the past. The nozzle in the can stopped working, 2/3 of the can remained. I rinsed with hot water 3 times before giving up. Over the years I have used hundreds of different mousse products with predictably disappointing results. I have very fine to thin hair that straightens within an hour due to the weight of the product. Not this time! At this price I tried it based on the description. Guess it will be like always. Not at all - my hair has become thicker, shiny and comfortable to the touch. If you have my hair type (sorry it's in the genes) try this. You will not be disappointed.
