Overwhelming fragrance ruins it

3/5 stars later because the fragrance is so overpowering. Of course, this is subjective, but it seems to me that this is too harsh and "cheap" smell, similar to the smell of a dollar store or Pert Plus. It's bearable when it's over, but sometimes I get a headache washing my kids. We switched from Shea Butter Shampoo to J&J Shampoo because reviews mentioned it left their kids' hair soft and healthy. I agree; The girl's hair is soft, fluffy and looks healthy. It lathers well and feels like it'sโ€ฆ

Great for adults too.

I wanted something that didn't contain hash chemicals and decided it had to be mild since it's made for babies. I was trying to decide between this and Honest Baby Shampoo and decided to try this one as I was intrigued by the low price. This is a wonderful, comfortable hair conditioner, creamy and gentle with good hydration. It definitely leaves hair feeling softer and more hydrated. After going a few weeks without conditioner I can feel the difference. The only thing is that it's fragranceโ€ฆ

Used adult baby shampoo

Very gentle and moisturizing shampoo. I have to use a very mild shampoo because of eczema on my scalp. This is just a very irritating and itchy area caused by an ingredient in an adult shampoo. The doctor recommended baby shampoo for its mildness. My scalp hasn't been itchy in that area since I've been using it. If you use a lot of hair products like gels, hair sprays, mousse, you may not be able to remove all of these products because they are designed for baby hair and of course kids don'tโ€ฆ
