Unacceptable - item had a dirty cap and appeared used

Joico K-Pak Color Therapy Shampoo Travel Size. Came in a box with dirt and dried product stuck to the lid. There is no spilled shampoo in the box. The item appeared to be used as it was very dirty. I looked inside and it was only 3/4 full, unlike the separately supplied travel air conditioner - it was filled to the brim. I'm not sure how the person who wrapped this box could not have noticed the poor condition of this item.

WHERE IS THE PUMP suitable for shampoos

WHERE IS THE PUMP? I bought this item from this reseller because they showed the PUMP. Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. I knew I wanted this product so I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. The manufacturer's product is great but it only gets 1 star because it didn't come with a PUMP and that was the ONLY reason I bought it from this reseller. If you don't give a pump, CHANGE THE PICTURE!

Best all in one I have ever used

I have very dry hair and have tried dozens of high quality shampoos and conditioners. Shampoos have always dried my hair so that it looked burnt. After the shampoo and mask I would have to apply a large amount of hair oil to restore it. Joico is the FIRST shampoo/conditioner that didn't strip my hair of all the oils. I'm still applying the mask and oil, but now I just need a little bit more to make my hair look beautiful again. I regularly get compliments from strangers on how beautiful my hair

I love this shampoo! in haircare

I've been using Joico Color Therapy Shampoo (and Conditioner) for a few years now and this shampoo is a wonderful product - holds color, squeaks, but is shiny clean. I have had scalp issues with cheaper drugstore shampoos, but Joico's shampoos are consistently excellent. My hairstylist uses it and I asked her to order my first bottle which came with the conditioner which I have yet to order - and luckily I've now found a reasonably priced shampoo at Revain.
