Disappointing Quality and Performance

As an industrial and scientific professional, I had high expectations for this hand tool. However, as a result of my tests, I determined that the quality and performance were severely lacking. The tool constantly slipped and did not provide the necessary grip needed for the job. On the plus side, the material was durable but that was not enough to make up for its other shortcomings. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Very durable and made with high-quality materials, able to handle heavy-duty use.
Cons
  • May require some initial practice to learn how to properly use and handle the tool.

Half Price Small

I am very happy with these wrenches. Our team of 6 cable workers have one and it fits every bolt and nut size we come across. It works with 3 stud terminals for all sizes of stranded wire. I've seen some reviews saying it's not a tight fit, but not all nuts are exactly the same either. It's easy to paint too, I painted mine bright orange as I usually toss them in the weeds. About half the price of Klein, this is a great key.

Pros
  • GRIP PLACE: Keyhole faces are offset to allow for easier gripping
Cons
  • Something different

Less than half the price of a small wrench, but just as good

Less than half the price of Klein, but just as good if you can get one that doesn't rust easily. I had two when I was at AT&T and neither of them rusted like other linemen's wrenches. I think if left out in the rain in a bucket or on a pole and not dried before storage it is more likely to rust. I always used a towel to dry my wrench before putting it in the locked container of my truck. This Jonard might even be a better match for electric pole nuts these days than the blue Klein for $67 plus…

Pros
  • SMALL END: The small end of the wrench fits 3/8" bolts, 1/2" bolts and 1/2" NEMA drive screw heads -Standards
Cons
  • Packaging not pretty
