Love it Big fan of Jonat Adler and conversations in general. This character is very different in person and beautiful. The finish is matte which surprised me but I still love it. Would buy again

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend after she got her MBA and bought her first house. It was the perfect luxury item no one would buy, and she was in seventh heaven with it. I used to live with her and to get her out of bed at the weekend I would make her a small ice cream cone. It was a hit and of high quality.

This item is beautiful and looks great on my mantel. However I couldn't give it 5 stars because it seems to have an odd flaw (a line on the back of the hand as you can see where it was assembled or glued after being broken and then painted over). I have no problem hiding it because it looks better on the inside, but it's not perfect.

I received this vase as a gift after wanting it for a very long time. I didn't know it was a matte finish, but it's now mentioned in the Q&A section. Unfortunately, the matte finish has an overall greyish tint, which is not visible in the retail photos. Also, as mentioned in another review, there is a poorly "healed" casting flaw on the back of the hand that should have been sanded and polished better. I think "Made in China" comes into play.
