Loved it. No more curtseys or abbreviations. Easy to clean. The only complaint is that the ginger grates to a very thin, watery consistency. But nonetheless, this is a great product.

What a cute simple tool! Ideal for the quick preparation of fresh garlic. I have a Jos Jos garlic press, but the chunks it produces are larger and don't dissolve as quickly in olive oil. Makes a quick paste.

We cook more as a family and I'm not a very good cook. My kids enjoyed trying new recipes over and over again. This tool is way better than any other tool I had. We only used it for ginger and garlic but I will never go there again

This is perfect for my needs. This solved all the problems I had with my old grater. Now it's easy to clean, just pour running water over it (old, I could never remove all the ginger pieces), I can just use one tool and put it straight into the pot without wasting 1/3 of my ginger in the container to refill. I liked it so much I recommended it to a friend and she liked it so much she bought another one for her mom. You can't go wrong with this (I said compact)
