They make exactly what we need. They show the color and aroma of cognac and armagnac with a fairly thin rim. Not the best crystal but excellent value for money. One arrived broken and Revane mercifully credited us with a loss. I can only recommend these glasses for everyday use.

I was hoping for a thickness close to restaurant style or strong enough for hand washing. My first one broke after washing. Too skinny for me and I have tiny hands (ring size 5). When I take a sip of it, it seems to me that if you bite into it, you might break the glass. upset.

I love Snifters! I saw it was new from Joy Jolt so I bought it. I have had great products and services from them in the past. A week after receipt, two broke in the same places at the bottom of the glass. Contacted support to see if it is systemic. They just sent me another box of shots! Thank you Jolt!

I got a set of 4 cognac glasses for Christmas. One of the glasses broke during shipping. When I contacted JoyJolt to ask if I should return the whole set or if they could send a replacement lens, they immediately replied that they would send a replacement. Shipping next day! The glasses are comfortable to hold, but are a bit fragile.

They seem like great little glasses. Got these for my dad as a Christmas present and he loves them. I think he deletes them manually. One of these was broken in the original shipment (each was individually wrapped in bubble wrap so there was no risk of cuts). Emailed the manufacturer and they sent a new one (it arrived before Christmas). I will definitely buy again if I want to.
