Silver JRL CNC Racing Cylinder Head for 66cc/80cc Engine Review

Good head for 80cc motorized bikes I've lost some top speed with this but got a smoother and cooler engine which is more important to me I can pick it up Increase speed by using a smaller rear sprocket.

So far so good. And it looks damn good on my engine. Only drove a block to check (compression problems), but the head works. The quality exceeded what I expected for the price and while the performance doesn't disappoint I'll leave it at 5 stars. I will add a photo for you later.

when I got it it looked great but there was one downside, it didn't fit very close to my engine. I had to sand the bottom of the head to fit my cylinder body snugly. This is definitely not a universal option for you and after some work I finally got it to fit and seal properly.

Great looking head that goes great with my high performance gold carburetor and handlebars. If the cheap Seeutek motor didn't have two strips of head bolts I might have been able to test it more. I will find a way to fix this before testing this product further.

If you're buying this to work faster, I don't think it's worth it. Anyway, I was losing about 2 miles an hour. (maximum 35 miles per hour). I've noticed that it definitely cools the motor. I was able to run the engine at higher RPMs for longer and not have to worry about overheating. Definitely looks cool on a motorcycle. 3/5 stars
